I started out at 30 mg, then went to 60 mg after one month of 30s. I feel so lucky to have found this medication. I would go crazy if I didn't have Cymbalta. It was a true life-saver for me. WebWell for me, Cymbakta was fantastic for my depression but it actually worsened my general anxiety. It affects nor epinephrine so I don't see why it would help anyone's anxiety really. Cymbalta worked great at getting me out of a big slump. Several years it allowed me to function normally.
