WebI was having the same issue with a shared (old) printer, this is how I solved: 1- Uninstalled every driver of it; 2- Installed a driver found on the manufacturer's website (not through Windows) 3- On device manager, I scanned for hardware changes. All the headache was caused by a bad driver installed by Windows update :)
