WebbI am not able to get pass 40-44 hours of DF. I start feeling dizzy as if I will fall, I get pins and needle in my body, my head spins. I don’t feel hungry or thirsty. But body doesn’t feel fine. I am well hydrated. Have done 10+ DF everytime to think I will push myself more but not happening.
